Select an organisation that have been experiencing difficulties in the past few months due to events that they could not have foreseen.Compile at least FIVE (5) articles on the above and write a case report focusing on the following area
 
(a) Case background including both companies’ vision, mission and services provided (5 marks)
(b) Identification of the case problem (5 marks).
(c) SWOT analysis of the current situation (10 marks).
(d) Current strategies that the companies are using to counter the problems faced (10 marks).
(e) Evaluation of the strategies used (20 marks).
(f) Your own recommendations (10 marks).
 
Your case analysis should display critical evaluation of the facts of the case and should not simply be an essay on the organisations.

a. Use double space and 12-point Times New Roman font.
b. This assignment should contain about 3000-5000 words (at 15-20 pages).
c. Provide references. References should use the American Psychological Association (APA) format.
d. References should be from 2014.
 

Purpose
 
This assignment is design to evaluate students’ understanding on the elements of a valid contract and to enhance students’ ability to discuss the latest amendment of the Hire Purchase Act 1967.

Learners will learn to carry out literature review to enable them to propose information system security solutions based on comparative studies done on other organizations or based on their selected readings.

Assignment 1 (40%)
 
As a consultant for a manufacturing company in Yemen, your client has indicated to you that the company is interested to send some of its employees for international assignment to China. You are required to prepare a proposal to provide a pre-departure training for the company’s employees. The company does not have internal resources to conduct in-house-training. The proposal should include the following
 

a) Description on some global challenges that the employees may face during their assignment in China.
b) The training programme components that the company’s employees have to undergo. You are required to justify your proposal.
c) Your recommendation on how you are going to measure the effectiveness of the proposed
pre-departure training program.
 

Assignment 2 (20%)
 
Write a short report of not more than 2000 words of on any Human resource management issue(some example of issue is shown below). The report should be based on at least 5 articles from any refereed journals or conference papers. The articles must be current (no less than 4 years) and relevant to the issue to be studied. In the report, you should only highlight the issues at hand.References should be based on APA referencing format.
