Activity 1: With corporate and HR strategy of the chosen organisation with you, there must be a full appraisal of all the processes that the organization uses in planning the HR requirements, HR techniques and models should be referred to as appropriate. The evaluation of the recruitment and retention strategies needs to be specific and needs to be against stated criteria. The analysis of HRM strategies must be systematic and clearly linked to the organization’s strategy.
 
Activity 2: You must be able to produce a table showing the organization’s objectives and their physical resources requirements. The evaluation of the physical resource management must be directly linked to the requirements mentioned in the table.
 
Activity 3: You should be able to evaluate the role of marketing in the organization and be able to relate your findings to relevant theoretical standpoints that you have studied.
